Alfredo Rolando Ortiz, internationally acclaimed harpist, composer, author, educator and recording artist, returns to Ramona but this time accompanied by his daughters, Luzma and Michelle, as "Los 3 Ortiz." Join us for an exciting evening of spectacular solo harp music plus world favorites and original compositions with the marvelous voices of professional singers Luzma and Michelle. You will not want to miss this unforgettable music experience for the whole family.

ROBERT BONFIGLIO HARMONICA TRIO

Robert Bonfiglio regularly performs with the world’s top orchestras and symphonies including the Boston Pops with John Williams and the National Symphony at the Kennedy Center in Wash. D.C. Called “the Paganini of the Harmonica” by the Los Angeles Times, Bonfiglio dazzles audiences worldwide with his constant reinvention of the harmonica. With his Trio of Stephen Benson on guitar and Joe Deninzon on the electric 7-string violin, they will perform classical, blues and jazz. Robert has appeared on CBS Sunday Morning, the Today Show and the shows of Larry King and Regis and Kathy Lee.

JAMES D'LEON

Born in South Korea, James D’Leon began playing the piano at age 4 and performed his first recital at 5. At the young age of 14, D’Leon played with the Philadelphia orchestra. Later after winning countless national and international piano competitions, D’Leon performed his New York debut recital at Carnegie Hall. In 2009 he was selected to become an official Steinway Artist. He continues to perform world-wide and has been the winner of multiple international piano competitions and fellowships. He has given master classes at more than 75 universities.One of his many stellar reviews states “D’Leon was a musical sorcerer who mesmerized the audience with every note.”

We are proud to be presenting our own High School musicians for the 6th year! These bands have now gone to the highest level in Band performance awards in the County. Their musicianship and virtuosity is akin to a professional symphony.

COASTAL CITIES JAZZ BAND
April 9, 2016,
Saturday, 7:30 pm

Under the direction of Gary Adcock, this band has become known as one of the finest Big Bands in Southern California. They have performed for 20 years in San Diego County, Orange County and Arizona. This 17 member Band, plus vocalist, performs music that was popular in the 30’s right up to the present day. They feature a number of musicians who played with the top big bands of the 1940’s and 1950’s.
